Can’t Claim Pack - Stuck in Store
I am facing a bug in FC 24 Ultimate Team.
I opened a pack (most likely a Premium Gold Rare Pack), and inside that pack, I received a Free Switch Gold Pack. When I try to open or claim this pack, I receive an error:
"There was a problem communicating with the Football Ultimate Team server."
After this error, the game automatically kicks me out of the store. The same happens on the Companion App and Web App.
Now, I am completely stuck because the game requires me to claim the Free Switch Gold Pack first — but this is impossible due to the error. As a result, I can’t open any other packs.
This is very similar to a known issue with a TOTW pack from a Seasonal Supply Pack.
Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
