Hey everyone, I received a player pack, but FIFA won’t let me open it. I’ve tried both on my phone and PlayStation, but nothing works. Because of this, I also can’t access the store or open any other packs. Has anyone experienced this? What can I do to fix it?

Same here been 24 hours and ea done nothing opened a 7.5k pack and got a 1 player pack in it now I can’t open anything

I don't have a solution but you definitely aren't alone. There is a thread here: [Under investigation] Can’t claim pack | EA Forums - 11952324
EA have responded saying it is under investigation, has had over 2,000 replies and some quite irate customers! Hope it gets sorted soon.
