Unable to redeem loan pack

I earned a loan player pack from a free Premium Gold pack and I cant redeem it. Everytime it signs me out of the mobile app and from ps4 it directs me to main menu. Huge bug since 15:00pm +2 Athens time.

Please fix this I can't open a single pack from my Store, I'm really pissed.

    Same issue all day and still no explanation or fix.

    Sad part is that no one is replying or checking the issue.. and tomorrow is the Rivals rewards.. at this stage is better to keep everything for Fut Birthday on Friday.
