Menu won’t scroll down
This is really bothering me. i’ve been putting a lot of hours into this game since its release, and while i enjoy the gameplay, having to roam on the menu is always a mess for me. I can search into any option that the menu has, but if i need to scroll down to see something, the scroller won’t go down. i’ve had to blind-click on items daily just to take a look at the shop, and also i couldn’t have access to the full Skatepedia. This has only happened to me on PS5, it did not happen on pc; But i still chose to stay on PS5 because my pc won’t run Skate. properly, whereas on my PS5 i could play it with maximum graphics settings. also tried uninstalling but nothing changed after reinstalling it. I think EA needs to fix this quickly, because i can’t be the only one having to deal with this issue; There is surely a fair number of players that are encountering this problem, and i know that they are really mad about it as well.Console only cross play petition
As a console player in New Zealand, I’m finding the current crossplay setup very limiting. Turning crossplay off isn’t realistic here because of our small player base, matchmaking times become far too long. But leaving it on forces us into lobbies with PC mouse-and-keyboard players, which feels unbalanced and discouraging. What we really need is a console-only crossplay option (Xbox + PlayStation, no PC). This would keep matchmaking healthy in smaller regions like NZ/AU while protecting controller players from the MnK advantage and PC cheating concerns. Please keep the Conquest mode ticket count at 1000, like it was before or even increase it to 1500. Matches with 1000 tickets felt much more intense and strategic, giving more time for comeback moments, teamwork, and epic fights. Reducing it to 900 makes the rounds end too quickly and takes away some of the Battlefield identity. Many players (including me) prefer longer Conquest matches. Please consider reverting or increasing the ticket count again.Account and Bans
I haven’t come here for an appeal just some help. I have already tried and had my appeals declined and I know that the staff on this part of the web can’t help. My account has been banned for BF6. EA states that this is because I was using Gameplay enhancement. I’ll be blunt with the 1% that will listen. I don’t cheat, hack or do any of the **bleep**, I just play. I have read over the TOS and “game rules” provided by EA. For anyone wondering gameplay enhancement is the following: using unauthorized methods to enhance in game performance by removing gameplay constraints or improving in game abilities (eg weapons, movement or items). I am putting this here in hopes that if I get some money together make a new steam and ea account and get the game I won’t get another ban. The problem is I don’t know what I have done to get the ban in the first place. I don’t have anything running when playing except discord or internet tabs open mainly due to my laptop being 6 years old and gets hot enough to cook food on it just when sitting there. I am playing on a Razer blade 15 connected to a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Don’t know if this will affect anything but just putting it out there. What I have done since playing BF. (Just some background) I started day one and completed the campaign to 100% (yes 100%) and uninstalled the single player. There was an error with steam saying that I was unable to update the game due to it not being released but a quick google and I was able to force the update by installing another language. While waiting for my mates to jump on I hoped into MP had some games and jumped into some portal to mess around in. I changed some of the settings to I have heaps of health to act like an juggernaut and other times I had vehicles boosted to crazy levels so you could feel like an one man army. I got off to have lunch and when I got on to play with my mates my account was disabled. I did not get any notification until I finally got a ticket to be logged with EA support. Any help with this would be appreciated. I’m looking forward to playing again but I can’t justify the $100 to just get another ban for nothing. I’ll swing past here every once and awhile to see if anyone can help or provide any updates (if I get any) for people that are in the same boat. Edit: Matchmaking (via the multiplayer tab) is currently horrendous in low player count regions. Players are scattered across different games/disbanded after a game ends. This often results in players being thrown into empty lobbies which are populated mostly by bots. This is especially an issue in regions that have a relatively low number of players. Portal is NOT a good alternative because the Portal servers have a much lower tickrate (30 Hz). Also, not all servers hosted on Portal are visible on the Portal server browser, and understandably so, because the browser would otherwise be cluttered. The problem is that players on South African servers struggle to find portal games because there is no option to select Africa as a search region. I have been banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". This ban happened a few days ago. The issue is, I haven't used any sort of cheats to play BF6. I'm sure my KDR properly reflects that because I'm usually terrible at the game. i made an appeal that has been denied because they "have confirmed my account was involved in cheating" but still, haven't told me what cheats I've supposedly used to have my account permanently banned. EA support is a joke. they have made it near impossible to actually talk to a real person to get this issue resolved. If anybody knows a way to get to a live chat with an EA advisor please tell me. I think it's ridiculous that i have been permanently banned for seemingly no reason, and I can't even make a proper attempt at resolving this. I will be issuing a refund request if I continue to be unable to have a real conversation with support
