I can't redeem the pack
So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. It does the same on the apps but it loggs me out when this happens. now i can’t open packs anymore because i have a unclaimed item
1 Loan Pack Crashing Game
Opened a gold preview pack in the store this morning and in it there was a 1 Loan Pack that I am unable to open or get rid of. In game and on the web app it boots me out the store and doesn’t allow me to open any of my saved packs without opening the loan pack itself. Extremely inconvenient with futbirthday around the corner and recycle/crafting the 83x14 in prep. Would love an answer how to fix, or a timeline on the patch if it’s a bug - since it’s holding me back especially with rival rewards right around the corner. I recently got a pack from a draft which I opened and it contained a regular golf pack, however when I go to redeem it I get kicked off of UT, so it’s stuck and I’m unable to open anything else until it’s removed or redeemed. Wondering if anyone else has this issue ?.
