5-4 in champs and get matched against a cheater... please ban them

hou1991516 is the username... they made all of my players slow and after scoring a handful of goals disconnected me and made my game crash.... HOW IS THIS EVEN A THING? the fact I  am already having a shambolic day at 5-4 and then get matched against a cheater is so frustrating. and getting little to NO feedback from EA makes it worse. please take action against this user or ur game is just going to rot on PC

    I get 1 every weekend league, I report them, but I don't think they are actually punished.

    I honestly enjoy and find myself better with the fut champions gameplay than with the rivals gameplay (especially lately). To ruin the gaming experience for users who play from PC solely because you are unable to counter and take action against paltry cheaters seems quite ridiculous to me
