A Total Shambles

Being as though this is the only place to vent any frustrations, issues or problems with the game, I'll air my grievances (for what little they are worth) here. Fully expecting radio silence and the usual, "bury our heads in the sand" attitude that the player base has become accustomed to. 

Exactly as the topic title states. This game is an absolute shambles and it's totally disgusting the contempt that EA holds their playerbase in. 

Unless it involves packs, money or something that benefits EA instead of the player, everything falls on deaf-ears. There is little to no communication via your social media channels or in-game. Whenever you raise an issue with support, it's debatable whether they actually read your grievances or understand what you're saying. From top to bottom it's an utter joke. You come on here most of the time and you're met with a half-arsed/snotty/EA shill remark (or a combination of the 3) in response to whatever problem you have.

I'm not going to go down the route of gameplay, hackers, glitches/bugs etc. It's nothing that hasn't be said a million times over - to absolute no acknowledgement or resolution. The game needs stripping back to nothing and starting from fresh. Years upon years of outdated code that's just layered up into a mess that is now beyond fixable. Even if it was - what is evident is that the Devs can't fix it because they don't know how. 

In a nutshell, since the release of FC24 you've relied on two new, key features: Evolutions and Rush. 

One is now completely broken. After spaffing yourselves silly about how much better it's going to be this year and the player-base will really enjoy it. A month (and thats being generous) in and it's done. 

Then we've got Rush. The concept is fine but you're now banking on this being the concept that'll keep people engaged and playing? I mean, how out of touch have you got to be to release an Evolution (before the whole thing went up the creek) that you couldn't even use in the Season/Event it's named after? 

Something needs to change and quickly because this community and player base is fed up with paying good money, year upon year to have this utter crap churned out. We, as customers, deserve better and what is evidently clear over the last few years is that "better" and "EA" don't go together. 

I'm done with your game(s). Enough is enough.

A circus act that hasn't even got the decency to own their mistakes, communicate with people when there are issue (unless it's something that hits EA in the wallet) but most importantly produce a product that is worth the money that hardworking people pay for it. You ought to be disgusted.
