Access to the Transfer Market has been banned across all platforms
On Thursday, May 15, 2025, I received an email from EA stating that my EA FC25 account had committed a violation, resulting in a Transfer Market ban across all platforms. This is clearly a mistake. I have never committed any violations.
Strangely, when I check my account’s ban history on the EA website, there is no record of any ban. Yet, I have not been able to access the Transfer Market feature at all since receiving the email from EA.
I have reported this issue since Friday, May 16, 2025, and have been corresponding with an EA representative under case number #211164508. However, I have not received any clear explanation or concrete solution. Instead, I was asked to submit a new report using this link.
This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated, and I am truly disappointed with how EA is handling this matter. I have never committed any violation. I sincerely ask that this issue be taken seriously. I’m exhausted from going back and forth in emails with EA representatives who seem to not understand what the actual problem is.
