As I am propably not the only one, wouldn‘t it be possible to just release an Evo limited to the players that were available (which have only been around 15 or so) to give them their „intended“ rarity (future stars evo) again? I did not change any stat on the card, so this will not break the game or anything… Would be an easy and pretty cool solution to give us players a second chance of completing for all those that have messed up!

The problem is that evos already existed with no card type restriction, so they'd have to modify all of the unlimited ones to "must not be FS Academy or FS Evo" for the next month which is just a pain, and anyone who saw an evo come out and thought "actually i want that one" would've been prevented from doing so.
It's an easy mistake to make, but it's not like EA haven't made it blatantly obvious it won't work. It's been that way since the beginning of Evos.

Not going to lie but going around acting like EA are completely innocent in this is ridiculous. Based on your forums rank, it feels like you are just someone from the community team or dev team trying to save your own egos. All I've seen is you try to pin the blame on us as players, but to counter any argument you make the solution is ridiculously easy. Just make an evo that turns it back into an FSA player. We aren't asking for the world, a free team of the year or anything else. All we want is an evo to correct the mistake so that is doesn't ruin the experience completely.

Creating a conspiracy that I work for EA and judging me based on my "forum rank" 😂 I've not used forums much but have been a player since FIFA 08. I have no affiliation with EA and would never take their side if I believed there was any headroom.
It's simply a case of being a firm believer that if you are going to complain, you should complain about stuff that is actually wrong. Otherwise, complaining loses all meaning. This doesn't apply to this post, but in the space of an half an hour today, I saw 2 new posts from people moaning about how "EA have f***ed up", and doubled down on it when questioned, only to realise after more pressing that they are actually the one that made the mistake, an easy mistake to make at that.
If you don't think it's clear, say it's not clear, as this post has. Saying it's broken and you "definitely only did the FS evo's" when clearly that's not the case, however, is not OK, which is where my other comments are at.
You say "EA aren't innocent", but I'm yet to see how EA have actually done anything wrong besides subjectively lacking a little clarity for some players, OP included. If anything, they've actually done a lot since Evos were added to the game to make sure you don't make these errors, whilst keeping the same freedom of choice for evolutions in general;
- The Evo rarity requirement is FS Academy Evolution, and is listed for every single FS evo.
- The resultant rarity of every evolution is shown prior to activating the evo, which it then asks "Are you SURE?" before you submit.
- The ability to put FS players into other evolutions opens up customisation for anyone who prefers existing evolutions (such as the Sharp Shooter or TOTY XI evos) over the Future Stars Academy evolutions, which may well be the case (especially if you can't be arsed to grind out unlocking then completing them).
- There are forum posts about this promotion which outline everything you'll get and how to implement them properly.
- They literally put all the FS Academy evos in a separate subsection to make it easier not to mess up unintentionally, yet still giving the freedom as already mentioned.
Also, you say "to counter any argument you make the solution is ridiculously easy. Just make an evo that turns it back into an FSA player."...
HOW? What is that Evo going to look like? "Rarity: Evolutions 2" with a max 84 rating? Congratulations, i'll go stick 4*WF on Ferland Mendy and now I get a 92 rated ICON version with insane stats. They are obviously not going to do this. Undoing Evos hasn't been a thing from the start, probably because it'd be mayhem with their systems and every single evo would have to have full completion history which, seemingly, they currently don't. Implementing this going forward would be a good shout, but I wouldn't expect it to work - look how much they've genuinely messed up Evos to this point with basic functionality. I do agree it would be a useful feature, but it's not something that you could make backwards compatible if the coding isn't already partly there, and definitely not in a short timeframe.
My comment on this post was pointing out how reversing these mistakes is highly unlikely, if it's at all possible. The other comments on other threads are aimed specifically at those who have been inaccurate with their claims.

They could have limited at least the DLP++, WF and Rapid/Block Evo which usually doesn’t affect the availability of further evolutions for the card.
The thing is, we‘re coming from a different approach:
What you say is that it was all written out in the Evo and all of the Evos work technically fine. That is 100% correct, but still not the reason for my post (would‘ve also posted it in bug reports if that wasn‘t the case).
What I say is that there is quite a number of players that do currently have an issue, that could‘ve been a) prevented by a more intuitive game design and b) corrected with multiple possible easy, non-gamebreaking solutions, which would bring the fun back for all of us. And as I said: I agree, that they can’t allow all of them to continue like nothing happened (f. e. the sharpshooter evo), but those potentially broken paths are killed with the rating requirement anyways.
