Squad battles crashing after game is complete and result finalised

Hey all,

I’m reaching out to flag a persistent and frustrating issue that keeps occurring every week, affecting my rankings. This has been ongoing for far too long, and it’s time it gets addressed.

Specifically, towards the end of my 12 Squad Battles games, after completing a match and confirming the result, the game enters a transition screen where the next FC icon blinks but fails to progress,essentially getting stuck.

This week, yet again, I encountered a server error warning, which abruptly disconnected me from the game. When I reconnected, the match was recorded as a 3-0 loss, despite having already played and completed it. After investing time and effort, this is beyond frustrating.

This issue is happening repeatedly and inconsistently, and frankly, it’s unfair to players who grind through matches only to lose progress due to technical errors. I’ve attached a video clip for reference and am happy to provide more evidence if needed.

Please look into this and resolve it ASAP, as this is seriously impacting the gameplay experience.
