Any advice on opening access to transfer market on webapp? (BUG)

9 days later, 60 odd games played , daily activity on webapp and game inline with FAQ available on EA Help Account in good standing, FC Playtime and usage sharing enabled for 8 days now. no previous...

@leeuggy People had the playtime bug last year and thought that was the reason. They all eventually unlocked it after playing more so doubt that would be the cause.
