My account had been wrongly banned for over a week. Therefore I’ve missed the chance to participate in last weekend league, DR matches , evo elite friendlies and rewards correspond to those fixtures due to your mistake, and I’m likely not being able to finish the fc season pass objs. I think I deserve compensations for that mistreatment.
