Anyone had the same issues

I put a duplicate player into my SBC storage. I went to go sell my tradable player(who should be in my club) but the untradeable one is there instead. I'm certain I didn't sell the player and he isn't on quick sell recovery. Its almost as if i put the tradable one in to the SBC storage but the player isn't there.
