Banned account

My email is [edit: email address removed]

I have two profiles related to this email. For Xbox is oradeaBMD, which i use, and the other one, for PC, is bmarius_ro32.

Before i had an Xbox console, i have played FIFA on PC, using bmarius_ro32...for 7-8 years.

3 years ago i have bought an Xbox console and bought FIFA for console, so made a new profile, oradeaBMD, same email.

 Yesterday i installed FC 25 on PC from EA Play, the 10 hours trial, just to see how it is on PC, played for under an hour and quit. It was a surprise to see the message that my account was banned. Please check again, this is wrong.

I do not know EAs reason for a ban, but there is no reason. Please verify again and enable my account, deal with real cheaters.

    Same for me, got a ban yesterday for "credits distribution", but I never did that!

    Hey, I have been banned even though i didn't do anything. What can i do?

    the team did some reviews of automated bans affecting players on June 11th - please double-check your ban status to see if this has affected you.

    I've had the exact problem. I've been playing the EA Play trial for about 3 hours and I loaded it up today (cause now its on game pass) and somehow ive been banned and ive tried appealing the ban. How long does it take till an advisor looks at the ban appeal?

    please contact EA Support to appeal your ban - we don't have access to account information here in the forum and can therefore not help with ban appeals here.
