Banned for buy the "wrong" De Jong player...

Hoping that you are doing great, I am writting this post because today I received an e-mail (attached) that indicates that my EAFC25 account has been banned. Yesterday i wrongly bought an item (Frenkie de Jong Winter wildcards CDM version) by mistake at 1.2millions. It was wrong because I thought that it was the CM version that actually costs around 1.3 millions, but, instead, it was the "cheaper" one (which costs around 500k). Later, I sell that version and bought the correct one (maybe you can check my movements and see that that is exactly what I did). I play EAFC since 2011 and never had a message like this before. Actually, I buy fifa points regularly and never have bought coins from other sources. If you want, you can reverse all my transactions of yesterday (for me will be very good, as I told you, I spent that coins from the WebApp by mistake, buying the "wrong" player, but without intention of buy or sell coins illegaly). Could you please help me fixing this issue? I love the game and I have been very loyal with it you since more than 14 years ago.
