FC25 Online Modes

Every time I play on the online modes my game freezes and then the console crashes. I’m reporting this to EA because it only happens on FC25. It also only happens when I am winning the game so when I’m losing it doesn’t crash. This is really agitating when you’re trying to win ultimate team matches and the game crashes halfway through. Please take a look into this.
