Banned from online access

Question

I have been sent a mail from Ea. It is telling me that i have been banned from online access due to cheating and breaking the laws.

I have never cheated or breaking the laws. I have invested a lot of time in the game and it is so sad that actual cheaters dont get banned at all.

It all happened on another account. Please revise and come back to me
