Player item missing from my ultimate team - EAFC 26
Hi there , On feb 4th 6 pm I submitted an upgrade sbc having a 80 rated gold Pedro Neto but just realised my evo version of the Pedro Neto is also gone (88 rated and rarity is not gold so no way possible I put this version in sbc) . I have spent a lot of for those evo chains and all in vain. I spoke to multiple advisors from a EA and it was accepted as a bug. There are case after case being raised with no progress . I have not received an update or fix till date ! This is a weird scenario and totally disappointing that such things can happen and no one bats an eye. I have been playing FC25 on Xbox Cloud Gaming and when trying to access Transfer Targets - it keeps saying: "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible"... I have tried clearing cache on TV - re-installing etc... restarted router etc... what can I do to get this sorted? Why is there no one I can contact to get this resolved??
