Banned without reason and appeal failed
I had not bought coins online, or done any cheating behavior at all, but was banned without any reason， and I can't even appeal in the system in two days, keep failing with "Case not created" error, ...

I was doing some SBCs on web app and banned suddenly without any reason in Jul 29:
I had not bought coins online, or done any cheating behavior at all, I was also trying to pre order FC26 before this.
And even the appeal failed with the "Case not created" error :

At least you got no answer mine was lifted but the funny part I can’t access ultimate team because of a problem that nobody have an idea on how it will fixed
