Friend put 96 card into sbc

Hi EA 

my friend said he would do an icon pack on my phone I said no problem he then put my best card 96 Gabriel into it without telling me I was wondering if you could put Gabriel back into my account and remove the icon I got which was trophy titans angerer 93 please EA I am really upset about this as I worked really hard to get a player like that.
