Banned without reason and appeal failed
I had not bought coins online, or done any cheating behavior at all, but was banned without any reason， and I can't even appeal in the system in two days, keep failing with "Case not created" error, ...

You should usually hear back pretty shortly but depending on the contact volume it might take a few days.
EA_Vendcera Appeal has been denied three times and cant re appeal any further plus I have proof of my streams playing against bots, And my temporary suspension is converted to permanent ban
