Become Immortal - Champions Lost in game progress

Question

Good afternoon all,See photos below, I tried to attach a video but was unable to.&nbsp;I am at the last stage of my evolution (91-92 rated), I just played my 2nd game and scored with my evolutions player went 2-0 up and made my opponent forfeit however, when I go to objectives my in game progress has not updated although when you go into fut champs it shows I have played two games whereas, on objectives it shows that I have played only one game?&nbsp;Can someone help me resolve this as the objective specifically states 5 games and I only have 5 games in playoffs however, one which hasn't counted due to an error, I have 5 days left to get my immortal evolutions done. If not dealt with I will be seeking compensation from EA, I've gained all day to get this done.&nbsp;How do I connect to an advisor on a chat?&nbsp;

Same here. Played three Champion matches...scored in all of them. It shows I've played zero matches in the Become Immortal Champion objective section. So now my evo will be stuck at 91. What a trash game and even worse support team&nbsp;

It just happened to me again. See photos below.

Thought by playing another game the bug will be fixed, scored with my evolutions player again and made the opponent forfeit and still my in game progress has not updated.

The evos worked in rivals and rush aswell though so it’s just poor from ea

The reason it didn't count was probably become you had an evo in process on your player. That makes him temporarily NOT a become immortal hero - This is a complete oversigt on EAs side and should be fixed.

I'm in the same boat. I'm gonna be one game short because of this after grinding ALL day to do this. They need to extend the objective

Nope. Not extend objective. Open up the 1000 champions reward objective again or better yet just give everyone 1000 qualifying points so we don't have to grind 500 champion point. I achieved everything on this past Sunday but one of my 5 champions games didn't register. I don't normally play rivals or champions, did it solely for the evo. I'd appreciate not having to grind 10 or 35 qualifying points at a time to get a second champions so I can play one game and ignore the other 4.
