Bought wrong points
Hello, today I bought the wrong points from the psn store. I was suppsed to buy the 18k fifa points for ea fc 25 but boaght them for ea fc 24.
How can I cancel/transfer that order?

If yo're looking for a refund on a pruchase made on PlayStation, you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support for that.
I am not looking for a refund, but for a transfer of points from 24 to 25.

You'll get a prompt the first time you start FC 25 if you want to transfer your points, but unfortunately there's no other way to do so. We have an article with some more information:
The only way to transfer your FC Points from EAS FC 24 is by logging on to EAS FC 25 on your console or PC. [...] The first time you log in to any of the modes in EA SPORTS FC™ 25, a pop-up message will appear to give you the option to transfer your points.
