brought fc24 points and not 25

Ea I just need help transferring my points from fc24 to 25 when I never recived  a prompt to transfer them

    Hi @Watson3007,

    If you purchased the points for the wrong platform, please contact the seller and request a refund. If you purchased them through the EA app, you can contact EA Help Support. 

    If you had the points in your account and never used the one-time transfer, you should be able to transfer them yourself by logging in-game on EA FC 25. For any other account-related issues, please feel free to contact EA Help Support.

@EA_cuervo I contacted Playstation and they said fifa points cannot be refunded even though it was partly there fault. I was in touch your EA and they said to my issue in here with it being a slightly different circumstance.

When you first load the game you get an option to transfer points I never got that because I didn’t have fc24 so i brought fc24 to see if I would end up getting that prompt but I didn’t but Ik you can have a one time transfer from 24 to 25
