Bug In Season Pass

i just finished a season pass in UT and claim all reward together and game gut buged and i get 89+ x7 instead of TOTS Ferran Torres when i wanted to get TOTS Ferran Torres and i want to get TOTS Ferran instead of this 89+ X7 pack (i have not opened the pack take it and give me TOTS Ferran Torres if its possible)
