Bug with Premium Pass and Level Rewards – Negative Season Points Displayed

Question

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my FC 25 Season experience. I recently purchased the Premium Pass for €10, along with the 10-level bundle. However, after the purchase, the levels were added, but I did not receive the rewards for the levels I’ve reached.

Even more confusing, when I check the locked rewards, the game shows that I need negative season points to unlock them (e.g., “-9700 season points required”, “-8700”, etc.). This clearly doesn’t make sense, as it’s impossible to earn negative points.

To clarify:

I bought the Premium Pass and 10 levels.
My level increased, but the rewards for those levels are still locked.
The game displays negative XP requirements for rewards I should already have access to.

I kindly ask you to look into this issue and help me unlock the rewards I paid for. I can provide screenshots if needed. Thank you for your support.

Hey there. The season rewards are always granted, even if that happens in the background. Please make sure to restart your console/PC and then log back in to your account again. It should help synchronize everything again.&nbsp;

For me I collected up to level 36 and suddenly my sp has been reset to zero since then I’ve earned 6,150 sp and can’t collect my rewards now&nbsp;
