Although I have passed certain levels of paid season pass I’m unable to collect certain rewards in the paid season pass section. And yes I have gone passed the levels in question. There’s not even a option to collect certain rewards
Hello! Got the same issue, bought the new season pass, got all the rewards apart from players from level 1 and 5, is there something I can do about it?
Community ManagerIt may be just a synchronization delay. Usually, restarting the game or your console/PC resolves similar issues. Playing another match online may also help.
The same thing happened to me but after a day I was able to collect it normally I don’t how maybe it’s just a glitch
