Wrong "Coin Distribution Bann"
Hello EA Support Team,
I'm writing here out of frustration and disappointment after exhausting all official appeal options regarding my banned FC 25 account (EA ID: PRIMEspidey1). My account has been permanently suspended for allegedly being involved in coin distribution. I have sent multiple appeals and all I’ve received are automatic responses with no specific evidence, no timestamps, no details – just a blanket accusation. In your last E-Mail i got sent that i wont get any more answers to my cases. This is such unfair.
I want to make it very clear: I have NEVER bought or sold coins. I play the game fairly, and I’m passionate about trading within the FUT market – but always within the rules. I was trading WEURO cards and gambling on the teams i bought to win the game. I made some provit (500k) but also lost many coins because SWEDEN lost the game. Thats why i sold all Sweden cards very cheap. Maybe a Bot thought i sold my coins, what i didnt. If I’ve made any mistake, it’s without any bad intention or knowledge of wrongdoing. I’m willing to adjust my gameplay if needed, but I’ve been given no real chance to defend myself.
I find it extremely unfair to permanently ban a player without providing actual proof of wrongdoing. I’m not asking for special treatment – just for someone to actually review my case and explain clearly what I supposedly did wrong, when, and why it violates the Terms of Service. Also in the Terms of Rules is said that a Player wont get banned for such a small thing.
I have spent both time and money in this game and community. I believe that at least a human review is warranted before making such a harsh decision permanent. Also its Futties time which is the best time of the year and i am not even being able to do any SBCs or open some Packs.
Please, if any EA moderator or community manager can escalate this or provide more insight, I would truly appreciate it.
