I wanted to reach out for some clarification regarding my Ultimate Team. It seems like my Ultimate Evolution slot has disappeared, and I'm unsure why. For context, the only evolution I've activated so far is Octopus.
Could you please assist in helping me understand why this might be the case and how I can resolve it?

I seem to be having a similar issue. I am missing the Ultimate Edition Evolution on my FC25 UT Account. I bought the Ultimate Edition for this reason and was correctly credited with the 4600 FC Points but not the evolution which is part of this purchase.
