I seem to be having a similar issue. I am missing the Ultimate Edition Evolution on my FC25 UT Account. I bought the Ultimate Edition for this reason and was correctly credited with the 4600 FC Points but not the evolution which is part of this purchase.
I have the same issue has this been resolved for you?
- @FutbolFuelChamp7 nothing has been sorted for me, although I have reported it to EA numerous times too
