Can’t use controller in rivals

My xbox controller perfectly works on any other mods. But in rivals i can’t move or do anything this happens everytime.

    Hey. I am facing the same issue and I use an original ps4 controller. Fix it please.

    i have a ps5 controller that doesnt work do u have a solution ?
