Quick Sell Recovery Not Available on My Account (FC 25 – PlayStation)
Hello EA Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am experiencing an issue with my EA Sports FC 25 account on PlayStation. The Quick Sell Recovery option does not appear anywhere in my menus, either on the console or through the Companion/Web App. When I navigate to the “Settings → My Club” section, the recovery option is missing entirely. I also checked the Companion and Web App, but I only see the Leaderboards tab, and no other FUT/Club management features. I believe this may be an account-specific issue or a technical problem, as other players can still access the feature. I play FC25 Ultimate Team through my EA Play membership. I finished the Ultimate Team final season missions on 29.10.2025. When I finished some missions, it was progressing in the FC season. However, when I finished all the missions, it suddenly stopped progressing and its progress stopped at level 22, 22,500/23,000 points. I finished the missions but it did not give me my points and rewards. I want this problem to be solved. I am sending the necessary photos.Why are FC Points no longer sold in Sth Korea?
I noticed that FC Points are no longer available in South Korea From what I understand this is due to new Korean laws that require full transparency in loot box odds including the probability of pulling specific players from packs Rather than reveal these detailed odds it appears EA chose to disable microtransactions entirely in Korea This raises important questions about the actual drop rates and how transparent the system really is Can EA confirm if this is the reason for the removal And if so why not choose transparency over restricting access Other countries may soon follow Koreas lead Players around the world deserve to know what theyre paying for when it comes to loot boxes Transparency builds trust I hope EA reconsiders how it handles thisError when selecting reward at lvl 40 season pass
I unlocked lvl 40 in the season pass and i would've liked to get the icon pick. But when i clicked X instead of getting to choose between Firmino, the 87*10 or icon pick, i just got Firmino. Normally the screen pops up where you can you one of the 3 but i didn't get any option here. If possible i would like to get compensation. I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully get some visibility on an issue that’s been completely ignored by EA support. I subscribed to EA Play Pro specifically to play EAFC 26, and I’ve spent additional real money on FUT Draft. Despite EA’s patch notes promising improved anti-cheat, I’ve faced rampant cheating in online matches especially in Draft mode. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve submitted video proof of five separate matches showing opponents using exploits or third-party tools. These games were unplayable and resulted in unfair losses. I raised this via live chat, and the rep told me to “give it some time” and that someone would follow up. That never happened. What makes this worse is that bonus content and paid entries are consumed before you even know you’re facing a cheater. You only discover the cheating once the match starts — by then, your Draft token or coins are gone. That should absolutely matter when evaluating refund eligibility. Under the Goods and Services Act 1982, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. EAFC 26 fails to meet this standard. The product is not fit for purpose, nor does it match EA’s own description. I’ve requested a refund for my EA Play Pro subscription for this month. Hello. I was not sure where else to put this. I am trying to get the achievement for completing the season on FC 25 before moving over to FC 26. Well there is an hourly and daily SP cap, and since you get so much so quickly in the last season, I went over and a ton of my SP did not count making it impossible to get the achievement. It is basically impossible to not hit the cap, as you get so much XP so quickly, especially with the 5000 sp bonus at the end, making it a gurantee you hit the cap limit. I tried disconnecting my EA account to my profile, but I had the issue again and now I cant unlink my EA account. Please EA, before you complete abandon FC 25, can you add like another 100k worth of SP. Just make it easy challenges that do not matter. It is the end of the game after all. I'm able to go online in the game and open the "Ultimate team" game mode with no issues, but when I try to open the trading market in the "Ultimate team" game mode, the game says that it failed to connect to ultimate team server.
