Can you undo an Evo ?

So, I did Butragueño today, and I was planning on putting him in the EL Buitre EVO. However, I accidentally put him in another EVO, and now I can't undo it or put him in the EL Buitre EVO. Is there a...

No, you cannot undo an evolution, and since you have an sbc player, then yes, unfortunately you are stuck with it.
