Cannot Login to Ultimate Team

When I try to login I get this error. My internet works on every other game on my PS5 however I cannot get into Ultimate Team

Hi there, @RJFlonzo

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Sadly does not work, still will not connect

  As a test, please try connecting to a mobile hotspot and try logging in. Let me know what happens.
