Ultimate team making me restart

Hey,

This is my first year playing ultimate team and getting into that feature of the game. (Usually I just play the pro clubs) but I thought I’d give it a go this year. I built my team and was enjoying it. I went on a holiday and came back to my ultimate team making me restart like I haven’t built a squad and played the game yet. All that time playing and doing SBCs and the little bit of money I’ve put into the game just all gone. Anyone else have this issue or know what happened? Because I am clueless and a bit pissed that I’ve just lost everything. I have emailed EA but not sure how well that’s going to go…
