Cannot Login to Ultimate Team

When I try to login I get this error. My internet works on every other game on my PS5 however I cannot get into Ultimate Team

Using a mobile hotspot allows me into Ultimate team, why can I not get in on my internet?

This means the issue is with your ISP since a completely different network will allow you to connect. I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they can help.

  Just to be clear, you're saying that you crash when playing, but can connect to Ultimate Team? If so, that's normal since you're on a hotspot. Like I said, this was just as a test. Since you can connect through a mobile hotspot, contact your ISP to see if they can tell what's blocking your access.

    I called my ISP and had them check on the internet. Nothing is wrong with the internet but I still cannot connect. And yes, it only crashes on hotspot. If I cannot play on either hotspot or internet, how am I supposed to play?

Hey, i do everything that you suggest, untill i called my ISP then they telling me that theres nothing blocking me, even i called the technician provider, and still got no fixed!

please, been 8 days i cant open FUT except use my mobile hotspot, but you know if i playing with mobile hotspot gonna be unstable ping like crashes. Please i need a help to fix this.
