Cannot Login to Ultimate Team

When I try to login I get this error. My internet works on every other game on my PS5 however I cannot get into Ultimate Team

Just to be clear, you're saying that you crash when playing, but can connect to Ultimate Team? If so, that's normal since you're on a hotspot. Like I said, this was just as a test. Since you can connect through a mobile hotspot, contact your ISP to see if they can tell what's blocking your access.

Please contact your ISP. Something is blocking your access on their end.

I called my ISP and had them check on the internet. Nothing is wrong with the internet but I still cannot connect. And yes, it only crashes on hotspot. If I cannot play on either hotspot or internet, how am I supposed to play?

    It is normal to disconnect on a hotspot since that isn't intended for gaming. Being able to connect though is a sign that the issue is with your equipment or ISP since it's a completely different connection.
