Can't Make Bid or Buy Now on Web App, but Works Fine on Mobile and PS5

I've been having an issue where I can't make bids or use the "Buy Now" feature on the web app for nearly 12 hours. After placing a bid, nothing happens, or sometimes I get the error message like the one attached. I’ve tried switching browsers and even restarting my computer, but the problem persists.

However, when I try to bid or buy players on the mobile app or on my PS5, everything works fine.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix for the web app?
