Can't open FUT COMPANION APP after the game crashed

can't access UT and getting the message that i am Signed into Another Device so can't access to the web app as well. as a result i can't delete squads to solve the crush. please help, what can i do?...

Hello,

I used web app on my laptop and then I wanted to play a game on my xbox, but when I started FUT the game dropped me back every time to the starter screen. After that I tried to log in on laptop and mobile too, but got the same message: signed into another device. So now I can't log in on xbox, laptop and mobile too. Anybody know any solution for rhis problem?
