Cant Sign in to Ultimate team

After I started a case about the jack of all trades evo bugging and confirming a player i  didn't want without the press and hold conformation and it got labeled as fixed but it didn't change a thing and i cant log into ultimate team.I know nothing changed because i checked on the companion app
