Can't use FC points to buy Premium Season Pass

My son has just used a PS voucher to purchase enough FC points for the season pass but when you click L3 to select the Premium Season Pass from the Season Objectives, the FC points balance shows as 0. The coins balance showing is correct but not the FC points.

Any help appreciated.

Companion is showing FC Hub as locked at the moment too so not sure if they're connected.

    How did you unlock the fc hub in app? I’m having the exact same problem as you were having
