Cards not found

Not that I'm expecting a response from ea, or even the fact that they will sort it, but some of my cards are blacked out and it says "not found" at the top of the card.

Makes it difficult to search for certain players now and with the fut birthday currently running sbc's are becoming a pain to do because of this issue.

    Hello Chypendahlay ,

    I've seen this one before. Can you try to quit Ultimate team and then the game ?

    If that didn't work, reinstall the game. Don't worry, you won't loose any progress doing so.

    Let us know how it went.

    Hi,

    I've tried logging in and out and deleted the game and reinstalled it twice but the problem is still the sane.

    Thank you for the quick reply.

    Lets try a couple more troubleshooting steps:

    1. Delete some files with the How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ article.

    2. You can also try to delete active squad and create a new squad

    3. Finally, you can turn off your console by holding the button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
    Unplug the console and turn your console back on 5 minutes later.

    Hi, I have the same problem where the Fut birthday cards are displayed as not found. Also, playstyles on these cards are blank/white on the face card

    I tried reinstalling, deleting corrupt files, verifying file integrity on steam but no luck. Any help would be appreciated because this is really frustrating

    Hi itsken1921,

     

    Have you deleted the save data? It started getting better once I deleted the game data. It still took 2 or 3 times to do it, but ended up working.

    1st time I did it, I got the grassroots cards back then team of the year and so on.

    Hope this helps. I know it can be frustrating.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried deleting the player profile thrice with no luck. I also tried deleting 

    UT Squad Update 1 24th march 7:54PM 
    UT Squad Update 1 24th march 7:47PM 
    DLC Assets Update 1 
    Personal Settings/Player Profile
    I did not delete Online Squad and Online Pro 1 & 2 because I read somewhere those should stay intact.

    Did anyone find a fix when deleting and re installing didn't work? I've had this issue pop up on all TOTS cards lately.

  • I deleted the full game from the console and reinstalled. It seemed to have worked.
