I've only been playing the game for 1 day and I got banned for using cheats. I've never used it. I just moved from ps5 to playing on pc and was accused of using a cheat.
I feel very sorry for the money. I bought a game but can't play it. And your work is very slow.

They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up and they'll lift it if their investigation confirms no rules were broken.
