Champions free kick glitch

Hello Ea , I got stuck into a random glitch where the game froze for 49 minutes in a free kick animation I had to restart my game and hense forfeit a game . I found this very unfair as I was winning 14-0 pls fix ur game and give me my win back .🙏🏽
