Champions games of ultimate team

I won many times in the champions game and at end of the match when it’s finished. It’s disconnected for no reason!!!!!! And its count as loss more than 4 times this is so frustrating !!!!

    How do we report to es that our game randomly disconnects and they need to give an extra game or something
