Champs and Store pack

So 1st of all I was playing weekend league and in my 1st 5 games I got disconnected randomly in the 20th minute every time so I could only get 8 wins rewards and I wanted hagi for my rtg and second of all I opened the duo guarantee pack and I only got 1 Futties item which is wrong as the title suggests so I either want the rewards for 11 wins because that’s how much I usually get or I want the coins back for the store pack
