Champs Rewards Glitch/Bug - Base icon pack gave a hero

Hi, I just got 11 wins on Champs, when I opened my base icon pack from the rewards i got a hero instead.. Campos 87. I’ve opened a case with EA but has anyone else had this glitch/bug? If so did you receive compensation? This is the first time I’ve got over 10 wins so I’ll be gutted if I don’t actually get the icon pack
