Bought FC Points & didn't get it due to mismatched region EAAccount & FCdisk

I bought Fc points 2 days ago and didn't receive them.

When I logged into My companion App and tried to buy through there, i got a message saying: " We have detected a mismatch between the region associated with your EA Account and the one associated to the disk you are playing FC with. In order to purchase FC points in the football Ultimate Team, you need to authenticate with an EA account whose region matches the one from the fisk you are using in console".

My EA was American while the disk was UK, so I tried changing my EA region to Uk, but I still didn't get the points. Are they gone forever or is there a way to get them back?

Please I would really appreciate some help as EA doesn't seem to want to help out with this. Thanks in advance.
