Cheater On Fut Champs

I would like to report someone who glitched the game while I was winning so that even after the time ran out I couldn’t end the game or leave and it forced me to close app after waiting for 30 minutes on fut champs. His EA ID is [REMOVED] and his xbox gamer tag is [REMOVED] I have video proof below
