Cheaters not getting banned, after months of cheating

Saying this in full frustrated mode right now, but can someone explain me why we still have cheaters on this game, after the entire year! 

A lot of people spend a lot of time and money on this game, and when all there effort and resources should be rewarded, we always get games against cheaters. Not one weekend league has passed by without me playing against a cheater. 

And the worst part? I'll report them, I even record the gameplay, and I see them getting reported by loads of people (on Facebook, on message boards, reddit, you name it) and they still don't get banned. 

Instead of trying to make as much paid content (like the season pass, guaranteed packs with always the same players) spent effort in removing all cheaters from the game. 

I know a threat of just 1 player doesn't mean anything, but I swear this is my last EA FC i play. You stopped caring about your playerbase a long time ago, and this is the worst year so far.

Fix your game and ban the cheaters.
