i have been having a consistent issue with hacking/cheating. players altering the ai sliders of my players in ultimate team. i have made multiple attempts to open cases in ea chat. i never receive and advice or support. i keep getting lied to and having nonsensical conversation with AI. is there anyway i can communicate with a human?
Same here , yesterday i played FUT and from second 1 , my players speed were 1 , even 1 is high.Literary they cant even walk...I send report and EA send me mail they will take no action.And also every single game i get PM with passive aggressive and also EA will take no actions.And finally when i "fight" back and they also reported me , EA told me they will ban me next time :D This game is a real joke.
